Introduction
Depression is a constant feeling of sad or you have just lost interest in the normal life we live in.
Thesis
This ranges from mild to severe and many severe cases result in suicide.
Solution 1
There was a girl that had depression and she dealt with it instead of talking about it.She said that she just stayed hard working and went to therapy and took all her medicine.Everyone who has depression instead of hiding it y'all should go and get help.
Solution 2
Drug use can increase depression and anxiety.When people get depression then tend to want to do something stupid like go do drugs and they thinks it helps but when sober it doesn't.Instead of wanting to use drugs you should go seek help and find someone that will help you.
Solution 3
If you are starting to feel sad or like there is no one you can actually talk to then you may be starting to have depression.Once you've gotten those symptoms you might start to just break down in pieces by like crying more or just fading away from your friends/anything.
