- Set UpReview AHA, Barricade work area, Set up emergency retrieval system, take air monitor readings at different stratifications, ventilate if needed inspect fall protection, and use proper PPE
- Complete WorkCarry out scope of work, take air monitor readings, operate under hazard controls, continue ventilation if needed
- Closeout and TurnoverClose up confined space and finish permit. Complete any After Action Reports on things we did well, and opportunities for improvement
