  • Mom can you tell me what's the difference between Inference, observation and prediction?
  • So first observation, All scientific endeavors always begin with observations. That is why it is considered as the most basic and fundamental skill. When you observe, you are using your one or more senses—sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing—in order to gather information around you.
  • Oh! That's the observation
  • Inference and Prediction are so close to each other. But to be exact Making inferences or inferring is a process of making early conclusions byrelating previous experiences with immediate observations. It is meant to explain or interpret an observation or statement. • Yes Darling
  • You're always welcome.
  • And Predicting is making an inference about a future evenevent based on current evidence or past experience which makes it different from a Guess for it only predictseven without sufficient data or proof. One way to make a prediction is to look for apattern. Am I right?
