The Ninth Amendment of the United States Constitution states that the federal government doesn't own the rights that are not listed in the Constitution, but instead, they belong to the citizens.
What if TV was illegal all this time ?
No, tv is allowed as longas the government doesn't state it isn't
This allows us citizens to do daily and familiar tasks, such as eating, walking etc. that let us live our lives.
The government prohibited theft, murder, and breaking and entering.
The government does not allow their existing laws to be violated in any way if they are directly stated.
But there are rights to the people!!
Eating chocolate bars are not stated in the Bill of Rights or the Constitution and therefore is not allowed.

Without the 9th Amendment, normal tasks would be lost to us and the Bill of Rights would take away our rights.
Why care about the Articles of Constitution, Amendments, or the Bill of rights when you technically don't have the right to stand up?
