- Gas is matter with no set volume and no set shape. Gas is clear, so it cannot be seen. Gas is actually always around you even though you cant see it! Gas particles are extremely fast due to how much room they have to go. Gas takes the shape of the container. If you heat water up really hot, it can turn into water vapor. Also, it can turn into water vapor through being left in a room for a extremely long time period.

- Ice is a solid. Solids have fixed shape + volume. Particles are packed tight. They vibrate in place. Ice is also cold, and that is why people place ice in their water; For a refreshing drink! Also, when it snows, there is ice on the ground. That is also why it is slippery outside when it snows! Also, if the ice is at a certain temperature, it can turn into Liquid through a process called "Melting." Also, Water can turn into Ice through freezing. The freezing temp is 32 and below.

- I used to be a ice cube but the person who was using me forgot me outside and since it is summer i got melted! I am suprised that i take the shape of this bowl, because as an ice cube, i did not.
- Water is a liquid. Liquids takes the shape of containers. It Flows downward. The particles slide past one another. Ice can turn into water if the temperature is a certain temperature through melting. Snow can turn into water, too! Also, Particles can hit each other in liquid. Water can turn into ice through freezing. the melting temp is 33 and up.
