Sure, I worry of the possible scenario where I may need to assist both, but I can try my best until you guys find a solution!

Oh no! My concern came true, two patients need me and happen to be on opposite sides.

If I recall, a new feature on the HealthWatch was introduced at last week's standup. This feature allows me to respond to the patients without having to enter the room. Therefore, I'll be able to prioritize the requests more efficiently.
Bob: Hello Nurse, I'm quite thirsty and could use a glass of water.
John: Alice, I'm feeling a bit of chest pain.
John's request is much more urgent and requires immediate attention. I'll let Bob know that I'll be with them ASAP
*Dials into John's room* "Hello John, I'm on my way right now to check on you"
*Dials into Bob's room* "Hello Bob, I will bring the water to you as soon as I'm finished assisting someone else."
Thank goodness for this new feature. If I had checked on Bob first, John's condition, which was a higher priority, may have worsened.
