But the truth is that these deepfakes are everywhere your honor, and they're only getting better. Eventually that test will no longer work

Very well, it looks like the video is indeed AI, thus the defendant is innocent.
Thank you your honor, however we'd like to press charges on the makers of this deepfake.
I'm afraid you cant, without the DEEPFAKES Accountability Act, there are no federal civil and criminal penalties for this use of AI.
As it currently stands only Four states have enacted laws to protect civilians from these, and only 6 others have proposed a law. So you'll just have be more careful about others making deepfakes of you for now
