- Two weeks after the formal meeting the trade union and shopsteward were invited to the CCMA for conciliation

- After informing the workers they were not successfull with the negotiations workers mumbled and demanded a strike
- The employer disputed the wage icrease due to low sales that are happening
- The employers are not satisfied with results on the foral meeting and decided to lodge dispute to the CCMA
