Part of our outreach is to get LGBTQ members to join the force. We need our law enforcement to be just as diverse as our community.
I am so happy that you all are here. Having people like you is going to help our force to be more inclusive.

We are starting to grow the number of members in this program!
According to the chief investigator for the Middlesex County Department of Corrections, there are four out transgender officers. The LGBTQ law enforcement liaison program started with four members, and it now has 108 members.
I want people to know regardless of who you are and your situation, you can do anything!
We're getting more recruitment and people are more comfortable
After seeing the first transgender officer, one can see that we are taking steps in the right direction for inclusion with action taking place. Regardless of who you are, or the situation you are in, you can help make a difference and advocate for change.
