- Hey, have you been trying to build good habits lately? Been trying torid yourself of those bad habits that always seem to haunt you? Have you beenusing those apps to try and help you monitor them but you still can’t seem tokeep them up?
- Then you’ve met the right person to help you with that exact problem. Hi, I’m from the company AHABit where we work everyday to make products thatseek to improve habits and lifestyle, and I’d like to present to you Hey!Bot.
- It is a cute tiny robot the size of a Rubik's cube that you can carryaround with digital displays that show both the bot’s facial expressions aswell as the habits you’ve listed. It also connects to your devices through anapp that not only notifies you of your habits but also reprimands you when yourscreen time exceeds a certain limit.

- That’s right this cute little bot comes with data analytics that tracksyour application usage across all your devices to really make sure you’re usingyour time wisely. It also includes features like giving reminders throughoutthe day to keep you on track, giving progress reports on your habits and goalsto really see how far you’ve gotten, and if you really want to, you can set itso that the notifications do not go away until you’ve completed the activity.

- Of course, we can’t forget why we call it the Hey!Bot in the firstplace, and that’s because it speaks to you by saying “Hey!” to remind you ifyou’re missing an activity or you’re wasting your time being unproductive.
