- CLIMAX
- The setting is a school in france. The setting is also a barn in a village. The main character is a girl named Sara who has red hair and loves drawing. The other main characters are Sara's dad, Sara's mom, Julian's parents, The Germans, and Julian. Some minor characters are, Sara's friends, and Vincent.
- FALLING ACTION
- Sara starts seeing German signs all over the city, she realizes her life isn't perfect anymore. Sara also starts seeing Germans all around her village. A boy at school makes fun of Sara for being a Jew. Saras parents consider leaving France, but don't. Sara is told to follow one of the teachers, she know something is wrong.
- RESOLUTION
- Germans come to Saras school looking for jews. Luckily, Sara hides in a bell tower and the germans don't find her. From the bell tower Sara sees the germans shoot an inocent man and starts getting scared. A little boy named Julian finds Sara and helps her escape. Julians takes Sara to his house.
- Sara has been living in the barn for a year now. Sara gets the astonishing news that the war is ending soon, and she will get to go home. Sadly, Julian is shot and dies. The Germans find out where Sara is living and come looking for her. Sara finds a way to escape.
- The war has finally ended. Sara's mom is dead, so is Julian. Julian's parents believe he is still alive and go looking for him. Sara gets to go back to school and see her friends, yet she was still sad. Sara finds out her father is still alive. Sara is finally reunited with her father.
