- Oh hello dear, I am cooking soup with vegetables tonight.
- I'm afraid you can't dear, aside from junk food is unhealthy you can't go outside because we are under ECQ.
- Vegetables? Can I eat junkfoods and buy snacks outside instead?
- ECQ? What does that mean? Why am I not allowed to go outside?
- ECQ means Enhanced Community Quarantine. It means you are not allowed to go outside when you are under the age of 21. Each family must only have 1 person that is authorized to go outside but only when she/he needs to buy essential goods for the family.
- Really mommy? So what I have to do is to stay inside the house and obey protocols?
