- Hitler and NSDP fail to over throw the Bavarian government. Sentenced to jail supposed to be 5 years he only did 10 months.
- February 1924 - wrote Mein Kampf in prison
- January 1933
- Hitler appointed Chancellor of Germany by President Hindenburg.
- March 1933
- Enabling Act gave Hitler power to make laws without consulting the Reichstag for a period of 4 years.
- 26th of April 1933- The Nazis took over local government.
- 1933
- 14th of July 1933- All politics parties except the Nazis were banned
- 1934
- August 2nd 1934- President Hindenburg died and Hitler took power .
