Sigh... I need to learn about design thinking or my company will fail... What am I going to do? I have no desire to go back to school. I just need to learn!

MOOCs circa 2012 - 1) Basic brainstorming applications. 2) Structured one way content 3) Often confusing homepage with poor descriptions. 4) No camaraderie 5) No ability to engage by annotating videos or text.
New MOOCs - 1) Workable brainstorming applications 2) Modular content 3) Simple homepage 4) Gamified content 5) Communications with others (Skype like) 6) Assigned cohorts 7) Ability to annotate videos
