Redzone

Hi! I'm Luke! This is a cool story about how I keep it cool and safe places I can go when I need to cool down!
Sometimes I get really frustrated and go into the red zone!
When I am in the red zone, I am mad, angry, yelling, and cannot control my emotions.
When I am in the red zone My emotions are out of control. I have trouble making good decisions and must STOP
I don't like when my friends tell me NO or when I have to do something I don't like!
I know that when I am frustrated I can go to room 25 and cool down. I don't like when my friends follow me, but I know they just want me to be safe and make sure I am safe at all times.
I know, I can also go for a walk around the campus and to the playground to cool down. I know my friends will be following me to make sure I am safe at all times.
I can even go to the garden! The garden is calming place where I am relax and cool my engine until I am ready. My friends will give me space to cool down, but will make sure I am safe.
When I am back in the green zone, feeling calm, happy, okay, or good. I know know i can go back into the classroom or hangout with my friends!
When I am in the green zone, I am focused, ready to learn, a good listener, and relaxed!
I know my friends and family are happy when I stay safe and can keep it cool!
