According to those symptoms, it is most likely that your friend was experiencing a heart attack! Does your friend have CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) by any chance?

Simply put, a heart attack is when the heart lacks oxygen, when the flow of the blood that carries them becomes blocked.
For CAD, i was asking cause' heart attacks most commonly happen to people diagnosed with it; you see, this waxy thing called plaque builds up and clogs the arteries; a place where it supplies oxygen rich blood.
And for the cause: While CAD in young people is possible, it is extremely rare, I'm talking about only 1.2% of CAD cases in that age group. For a teen to have a heart attack, I'm guessing some genetic factors, or lifestyle caused it.
