  • Physical activity cna keep you healthy nd awy from any kind of disease or other conditions. One way to keep your body healthy is to see what kind of body type you have and the compisition of your body. Another way to do this is also reducing injuries such as muscle strain by resting, putting ice on the injury area, compressing the injury area, and elevate the limb.
