- An Employee gets the store prepared for customers then greets the customer and asks if they need anything
- The customer tells the employee that they would like a bag
- The empoyee brings out the bags and convinces the customer to buy one
- The customer is hesitant but eventually chooses a bag
- The employee closes the sale and asks the customer if she wants to buy some candy for her kids and that its buy one get one free
- the customer pays for the purse and buys the candy because of the employee's nice behavior
