As of March 16, 2020 President Rodrigo Duterte put the main island of Luzon on Lockdown.
The virus is now spreading anywhere, so as your President I need to put the Luzon in a enhance community quarantine. And also, I advice everyone to strictly follow all the health protocols if there is/are violators they will surely get arrested. 
After watching the news, these people decided to stay at home.
