Anil lives in a small village with his parents and four siblings. His parents were pour farmers who struggled to make ends meet. Seeing them struggle he decided that he want to help them.
My parents work day and night for our family but still they are not able to make end meet. I think it is my time to start helping them.
Without telling to his parents Anil went to the city in search for a job. He got a job in a factory. When he came he was shocked to see that many children in his age are working in terrible conditions with no protection, no medical care and no access to education.
There are many children here who are the same age as mine working here for long hours but don't get paid enough
On his way home he met a woman who worked for an NGO that fought against child labor.
Hi Ma'am my name is Anil. I work in a factory in the city. In the factory which I work there are many children who are the same age as mine who work for long hours and don't get paid properly.
Well Anil, I suppose you didn't know that child labor was illegal.
