- Hi, Phedora here and this is my trusty goldie, Kobe! I'm from Digital Banking Department and I've been in PBB for almost 2 years.In my spare time, I write and crochet.
- Say, if I want to write a novel, I have to follow a schedule to reach my writing goals.
- Today I am reminded of how results are the outcome of a right mindset, behaviour awareness and habit creation. In other words, consistency is important.
- And if I want to improve my focus, I have to actively make the decision to focus (like having a reward system after a task).
- Turns out my personality type is that of a lion. I definitely do not feel like roaring today. Today I feel more passive but ready to go with the flow of events.
- Learnt that personalities can be flexible and how to interact with different personality types, and I hope to be better at it.

- Sometimes, I feel lost and unsure about where to go and what to do and that internally, my world is ablaze --
- zzz...
- I realize I don't make enough time for myself to do what is important because it's not urgent. Like setting goals appropriately so that I can realize my vision.
- I need to make more effort for myself and I can start by filling out my dozens of empty journals.
- So a promise to myself is to take out time today to set SMART goals for my career, financial, side hustle, passion and relationship.I always believe if you want something, just go for it but my impatience is one of my biggest weakness. Some things can't be rushed and because I am impatient, I sometimes overlook the process needed to achieve the goal.
- In 5 years time, I hope to publish my first novel and complete a master's degree.
