Theogony: Clash of the Titans
Storyboard Text
- According to Hesiod’s Theogony, in the beginning, there was only Chaos.
- Darkness covered everything until the sun, moon, stars, earth , and the sea was born out of chaos
- Uranus and Earth give birth to the Titans
- Uranus was afraid one of his kids would take his place and Cronus did. He defeated him and became the ruler of the world
- Uranus was afraid titans would take his place and Cronus did and became ruler of the world
- Cronus was afraid like his father so when his kids were born he ate them but Rhea had an idea
- Rhea gave birth to the 6th baby on a mountain so Cronus could not eat it. Zeus came back to avenge his brothers and sisters by giving Cronus mustard and wine which leads to the eaten babies coming back alive and fully grown so, from the the titans had a war with the gods that lasted years
