Storyboard Text
- Demeter and Persephone is a story about a goddess whose daughter was taken from her and given back temporarily.
- Persephone was wandering with two others when she found a flower for her mother, but was taken by Hades to the Underworld. Up in Mount Olympus, Demeter, Persephone's mother, found out that Zeus had made a deal with Hades. Demeter was furious, so Zeus sent Hermes to clean things up.
- Alright, alright! Hermes, get her daughter!
- Not from you in this awful world! Let me go!
- Hades was in love with Persephone and kept offering food and gifts but Persephone refused knowing that eating would leave her stuck there.
- Please Persephone, have something to eat.
