- When the patients walk in, they saw a receptionist. Then they were directed to a semi-private waiting room
- A nurse directed them into the waiting room. Now, to pass time, their talking to their friends.
- Hello Sam, I have some new information from your medical record to inform you about. Your test came back positive for HIV.
- I am truly sorry!
- Oh my god! She has HIV!
- When you give a patient new information, you gotta be aware of your surroundings. You shouldn't be speaking loudly about a patients information.
