- After getting run over by a car, Josh wakes up in a hospital bed. Due to the severity of the accident, he is fitted with a generic prosthetic limb.

- Josh dislikes the appearance of his prosthetic limb. He overthinks and isolates himself in his dark room, avoiding meetups with friends and skipping school.

- Josh attended the social integration part of the service and met many people who had similar experiences to him. After joining the group therapy session, his confidence began to build back up, and he felt like himself again.

- Josh is now extremely happy with his personalised limb and the new friends he made at the social integration service. The therapy and peer support have helped him rebuild his confidence. He now sees his friends regularly and attends school like usual.
