- The wolf-man was tasked with getting her back from the vampire lady.
- The vampire lady threatened to hurt Clarissa if the wolf-man didn't leave them alone.
- The wolf-man couldn't bear the shame of coming home empty handed, so he stayed and prepared to fight the vampire lady.
- The vampire lady, in a last attempt, explained to the wolf-man why she kidnapped Clarissa, they were in love.
- The wolf-man realized that the love they held was more important than his pride, so he made his way home empty handed
