While on the stage and Ray sees the crowd, he freezes with fear. He really does not like being in the public and having all these people starring at him.
Ray sees all his co-workers in the front row smiling and clapping for him. He begins to feel better.

I was extremely nervous. Especially performing in front of my work colleagues. However I knew it was now or never and I had some great jokes to share.
How do you feel after winning tonight's show? Your performance was amazing.
Ray was so good. So happy he invited us. Let us ask him to come for dinner with us to celebrate his win.
