We will tell the world we should form a country of our own!
We do not want to be involved with England anymore.
I have America in the palm of my hand!
The Colonists are informing everyone that they plan to break away from England and form their own country.
They believed God gave all men equal rights. Since England was taking away American colonists' rights, They thought it was their right to form their own country.
King George III was no longer a king in the eyes of the Continental Congress. George was denounced as a Tyrant, someone who in unfit to be the ruler of free people, and 27 other complaints were listed against him in the Declaration of Independence.
Some people began to analyze the Declarations words. Some chose to publish and state their disagreements.
On July 4th, 1776 the very first draft of the declarationn of Independence was published.
In conclusion, without the Declaration, America would one hundred percent not be where it is today and the situation with rights would be terrible.
