hello, my name is Socrates. I was born in Alopece in 470 B.C.E. and died in 399 B.C.E. . I have impacted learning in a amazing way. I am a philosopher, teacher and writer.
my way of teaching is askingquestions are asked continually until either the student gives a wrong answer or reasoning or the teacher is satisfied with the student's responses.
I taught many about philosophy and writing. Plato andAntisthenes.Antisthenes enjoyed and continued using my method of teaching after our time together . Plato was my most knowstudent, after our time together Plato went and taught many students like how I did.
Socrates has long been considered the father of modern education. He believed that as self-learners we must first admit to our ignorance and realizethat there is a world of knowledge ready to be accessed, but only once we can accept that we don't already know everything.
