- Today we are here to discuss whether the decision to prevent students to form a Christian club is following the Equal Access Act.

- The Equal Access Act states that the school is required to give equal access to all students to discuss "religion, politics, philosophies, and other content".
- Yay!
- We, with an eight to one vote, have come to the conclusion that preventing this clubs formation violates the Equal Access Act. Therefore, the school will now be required to allow students' this club.
