I am going to search your house!!
Amendment 4
The police officer wants to search this woman's house but the woman said he cannot search her house. In Amendment 4 it says nobody can search your body, your house, or your papers and things, unless they can prove to a judge that they have a good reason for the search. You also need a search warrant for the police to search your house.

You CANNOT sell newspapers about people and yours political views.
This police officer was very wrong. In the !st amendment it says that it guarantees Congress does not make a law preventing the freedom of press. They cannot stop you from presenting the news, ideas or even the opinions you or people have.

No way I am letting you in my house
You have to let me in I am a soilger!!!
The lady was right about not letting the soilger in. The Second Ammendment says you do not have to let soilgers live in your house, except when it is war-time. Even then the Congress has to pass the law to set their rules.
