The amendment here being shown is the first amendment. Freedom of speech, religion, expression, and protest. Here, the man is holding a protest, which is illegal. So the officer is jailing him. If the first amendment was true here, then the man would not get in trouble and would be able to have his protest.

You will be jailed! You cannot have a gun to defend yourselves. Down on your knees, now!
This amendment is the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms. In this scenario, the man is getting jailed for carrying a weapon. If there was a 2nd amendment to protect the right to bear arms, then he wouldn't get in trouble. In this case, he would as guns would be illegal to have for yourself.

The Amendment here is the 4th amendment. What is happening is basically the police officer is getting into the house to search the house. He doesn't need a warrant to get in because there is no 4th amendment. So he can just go into the house and do whatever he wants.
