- We face a lot harmful materials called pollutants. It can be natural, such as volcanic ash.
- They can also be created by human activity such as trash or runoff produced by factories. Air pollution is caused by solid and liquid particles and gases that are suspended in the air
- These particles and gases can come from car and truck exhaust, factories, dust, pollen, mold, spores...
- Volcanoes and wildfires. The solid and liquid particles suspended in our air are called aerosols.
- Smoke isn't your ordinary air pollution. the particles from wildfire smoke led 10 percent more respiratory.
- Pollution is a global problem. Although urban areas are usually more polluted than the countryside,, pollution can spread to remote places more no people live.
