- New and stressful!
- Because of John's new job and the big move with his wife Ann this was almost his reality, instead this happened...
- Due to the level of chronic stress... I'm afraid there was nothing we could do.
- John explained everything that had happeded to him and that the doctor said because of the stimulus of getting to work late, that made his control center or brain send signals to his autonomic nervous system and make him stressed then when he calmed down so did his stress hormones and left him feeling tired.
- After the terrible time he had triping on boxs from the move he finds his truck blocked in making him late for his first day of work.
- Two days earlier...
- Now this today can't be any worse!
- I had to run all the way here! sorry!
- Being late and not properly dressed for the job makes him very stressed sending him out of homostasis and into fight or flight. Activating his sympathetic Nervous system and giving him enough energy to run to work
- You're late!
- After getting settled at his desk he takes a breath to relax and let his Parasympathetic nervous system put him back to his set point of calm, but leaving him a bit tired.
- mmmm coffee
- On his walk home he called his friend and doctor to explain how his morning gave him stress.
- ... and thats what happened today.
- oh wow friend good thing you're negitive feedback loop went all the way through its course.
- honey i'm home and you wouldn't believe what our doctor friend told me.
- He also told me that if i didn't get it under control I could've became sick because of the chronic stress.
