- The first amendment guarantees the rights of free expression and action that are fundamental to democratic government. These rights include freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech.
- Amendment 4
- I'm going to search your house, even without a warrant.
- OH NO YOU'RE NOT!!!
- The second amendment gives the people the right to bear arms for their protection
- Amendment 5
- Two seperate people, two different crimes.
- The third amendment prohibits soldiers form being quartered into people's homes without their consent, during times of peace nor war.
- Amendment 6
- You will recieve a fair trial Monday.
- No persons private documents, papers, or home shall be invaded by government forces with no valid reason.
- The fifth amendment protects you from being held for committing a crime unless you have been indicted correctly by the police. It also keeps you from beeing charged for the same crime twice.
- The sixth amendment protects the criminal accusee's rights to a fair trial. It also provides the person the right to a speedy trial, public trial, notice of accusation, confronattion, and counsel.
