I can not always be treated like this. I am paid less than my colleagues but I am given more work. This can be done by three or more people but I was instructed ot complete it myself. Maybe it is high time i took it seriously.
Sir, I think you should consider partnering me up with another person with less work load as I have a lot of pressure with packaging. The demand of the products is getting high daily.
I dont understand your point. If you can not complete your tasks then you might as well leave the job, I will find a replacement.
That is no way to treat an employee. There was no need for a final warning due to lack of performance, if there was no verbal or written warning even before that. I would definately have to sort it out.
The shop steward is at the office and has not been made aware of the unfair treatment faced by the employee in particular. At this moment, the employee is indecisive of whether to include the third party or not.
I have received a few complaints and today I am ready represent all of you but I would like everyone to be involved so that we can have a better way forward.
The employee decided to aproach her employer regarding the issues that did not sit well with her but nothing was taken into consideration, taking her back to square one where she would have to involve the shop steward as this issue needs to be resolved.

A meeting was organised, whereby all parties brough forward their side of the story and a conclusion was made. Of which benefited everyone involved.
