The East India Company was a company that conducted international trade.They used sepoys which were Indian soldiers.The Sepoys kept peace and protected the EIC.

The Sepoy's were mad. The reason they were mad is because their cartridges that they used for battle was greased in cow and pig fat. This led to the Sepoy Mutiny.
