The Bill of Rights is the first ten Amendments to the constitution.
The Second Amendment allows us to own a gun.
The First Amendment gives us Freedom of Speech, Press, Assembly and Religion.
FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY!
I can have a gun!
The Fourth Amendment says that there should be no unreasonable searches in house or to people.
The Third Amendment says that we don't have to house soldiers and give them food.
Stupid Bill of Rights!
I don't have to quarter you and you can't search me!
The Sixth Amendment says that we have the right to a quick trial
The Fifth Amendment gives us the right to not say anything against ourselves in court.
I plead the fifth! And I have the right to a quick trial!
Fine.
The Eighth Amendment says that bail cannot be too high priced.
The Seventh Amendment gives us the right to a jury trial.
We're the jury.
The Eighth Amendment say you can't do that!
You're bail is $12,874,997,021.26
We're the jury.
The Ninth Amendment says that anything not stated in the constitution, can still become a law.
The Tenth Amendment says that the States can still make their own laws.
Also the state that I live in can have different laws than a different one.
Even though the Constitution doesn't say so, their are still laws about cars.
