  • Gallaudet was invited to a meeting in Europe to learn about ASL, signing, and attempt to get help from Braidwood Academy
  • Gallaudet and Clerc returningfrom Europe on his their wayback to the Americas
  • Gallaudet on his way to Europe
  • Braidwood Academy did not offer help to Gallaudet , and he had to leave butwas later contacted by Siccard to come to The French National Institute
  • Gallaudet refusing Braidwood Academy's terms
