  • Honey, how did you go with the ZembaCare link?
  • Was that all, did you speak to anyone?
  • It was easy, I signed up on their website for $100 and provided my contact details. Put in mom's details, location and medical info. Known allergies and stuff.
  • No, all automated. I got an e-mail confirming my payment another e-mail confirming subscription.After 5 minutes I got an sms advising that request has been assigned to a nurse in the area.
  • no not yet, it's only been 30 mins since I signed up. 
  • 30 mins later
  • Oh, a new message.
  • "Mrs Dube has not been taking her medication hence the blank out. She is now stable. Currently under observation. The Dr has been contacted and will come out if need be."Zemba#Care
  • beep beep...
  • Well now that was quick. Imagine the hassle we would have had to go through, to get mom to the hospital and still not get to see the Dr. What more the updates?

  • Just terrific, the peace of mind I had through out this experience was priceless. I give them a 10. I loved that could also see mom's feedback on her experience.

  • I can't wait to tell my friends about this. How does their system work?
  • Easy:1. access their website, choose subscription option (Reactive or Planned)2. subscribe get ID.3. Receive confirmation sms with Sub-ID.4. In your profile add the patient's details.5a. Call Z-Urgent Care for urgent care ($300.00) once off then monthly $100 subscription.  5b. Else log e-request for Z-general care (which is palliative care or proactive preventative care)($150 sign on and $100 monthly)
