- I know I'm supposed to vacuum, but these shows are just so good. I'll get to it later.
- Lotus Eaters- In Greek Mythology, these people ate magical lotus flowers that made them forget about life's problems and responsibilities. They put things off and retreated from the world.
- The Lotus Casino- "...stay here, happy forever, playing games forever, and soon I'd forget my mom, and my quest, and maybe my own name. I'd be playing virtual rifleman with groovy Disco Darrin forever."
- Procrastination- putting things off because it's easier: "I think I'll just watch some television. I'll get to my chores at some point." The chores never get done because the distraction makes people forget.
