- Hello! Today I am with a friend of mine and I will ask him some questions about his work experience
- Can you tell me something about yourself?
- Hi! I am Jhon Michael Andoy and I used to work as a service crew at a fastfood restaurant
- So Jhon, can you tell me what training did you do as a service crew
- We actually did the dishes, clean the bathroom, as well as the whole lobby and serve the food to the customers as part of our training
- I think it is under the hands-on training
- Do you think it has helped you in your career?
- Actually, Triny ko lang talaga mag apply as a part time job para lang may extra income kahit hindi talaga ito ang career na ippursue ko. Pero I can say that it helped me improve in other ways na pwede kong magamit sa future.
- Wow that's great! atleast diba may experience ka na sa ganung field.
- Yes tama! Open pa rin naman ako sa opportunities if ever na kailangan ko ulit mag work as service crew
- Okay last question, Do you think that the training is effective for you?
- For me yes, kasi kung wala yung training hindi ko malalaman kung ano at paano ang mga ginagawa ng mga crew at hindi ko rin magagawa ng maayos yung trabaho.
- I can really say na effective ito because even though I'm not working as a crew anymore, naaapply ko pa rin yung mga natutunan ko sa daily life ko
