ok... i have to go to work from 9am to 1pm, then i have class at 2pm, and afterwards im hanging with friends until my next class, ill have a bit of time to do homework between those two...
then i work from 9pm to midnight and then i have therapy at 8am tomorrow and then class again... i should probably shower at some point???? when am i gonna eat !
this is so stressful! i dont think ill be able to manage all of these things i have to do! i should probably cancel something... but what do i cancel? everything im doing is important!
ok... i need to calm down. ill take a few deep breaths. ill make a pros and cons list to help me decide what to cancel.
- quitting = no income- calling out .. maybe??
JOB SCHOOL FRIENDS THERAPY
- skipping class = miss important info- do not do project = bad habits & might not pass- get extensions = still doing projectbut gives me more time
CONCLUSION = GET PROJECT EXTENSION !
- missing hangout = missing the one fun thing out of all of it = bad mental health
- skip therapy = already paid for the session, already stressed out and therapy could help
I FIGURED IT OUT! now to email my professor and ask for an extension on the project :)hopefully my week will be less overwhelming now!
