Connor lives on trailer site with his family. He is currently unemployed.He is known to have alcohol problems, a history of low mood and is obsese.

Therapeutic Relationships
The nurse, Lucy introduced herself before doing anything else first, this is how healthcare staff start to build a therapeutic relationship between the nurse and the patient. She also asks for Connors past medical history and the symptoms he is experiencing for her to pass on to the doctor. (Nursing Standards, 2016)As Connor now knows the nurses name he feels more comfortable divulging information about himself to her.
