- English Class Day 1
- Hello everyone! I am Ms. Cao and as a beginning teacher I would like to start start my classes with a land acknowledgement, a piece of Indigenous history, and have discussions about reconciliation and resurgence for the First Nations. Something we will be working on in this English class is reading a novel with Indigenous themes, history and language.
- English Class day 35
- I would like to have all students take everyday sentences in English and translate them to the language they may speak at home, or a language they may find interesting in any way. Then, we will come back and we will try to guess the sentence as a class. Let's see how similar each is to language and our knowledge of languages.
- English Class day 47
- I would like everyone to open their laptops and take a look at the different multilingual texts, poems, videos, and songs I have posted. With all the knowledge you have gained, I would like you to use the resources provided to create your own multilingual media project.
