- I find it very interesting what you can see from your management project; today I have idea of being able to create my supermarket chain Fruver and I have met with companies to collect the required information of the products that I require to begin.

- To your knowledge,what is a management process for you and how is it being implemented?
- Why did you decide to implement it in the areasI mentioned earlier?
- I could define it as a set of activities that interact with the aim of transforming elements, where the continuous improvement of company’s activities is pursued. In addition, to allowing processes to be managed in a more organized and structure way.
- What is the safety equipment and tools requiredto perform all these procedures?
- All this is because from the moment the avocado is harvested, we must be aware of its growth, pruning, prevent any fungus,pests and bacteria that affect us fruits. At the time of collection validate them if you are with the desired build so that they are neither very mature orvery green. And finally packaging, it must be packed very carefully avoidingthat it can hit and have good ventilation at the time of packaging and intransport. By determining that you have passed through all these filters, our product can be exported abroad without any inconsistency. This allows ourforeign customers to always prefer our product because it is of good quality.
- For fumigation and harvesting tasks it esessential to have the right tools among those we have the scythe, the fumigator, scissors for harvesting and chainsaw. Safety equipment is also indispensable to avoid accidents on the job, necessary gloves, respirator,apron, face or eye protector and waterproof shoes, as long as you are dealingwith the mixture and application of fertilizers.
