- The manager (Mandy) of Shopee is having a meeting with the workers. She is having the meeting at her house in New York. The time in Malaysia is 12 a.m. while the time in New York is 12 p.m. The manager is the sender and is sending the message through zoom meeting (channel).
- Sorry, I can't hear clearly on your words. Your daughter is a bit loud.
- Feedback:The worker (Tracy) responds to the manager
- Mandy is encoding that she wants to receive a progress report of the upcoming 11.11 sales from the workers. A barrier to this communication is the time difference between New York and Malaysia. Malaysia is 12 hours ahead of New York. Mandy’s daughter is making noise (external noise) around the house.
