- Step One First you cut the tea leaves up. You may want a small pile of cuttings or you may want a large pile of cuttings, It all depends on how strong a cup of tea you want to drink.
- Step Two Then you boil the water. Let it cool to the desired temperature using a thermometer. Because different teas brew and taste best at different temperatures.
- Step Three You put the tea leaf cuttings in a special strainer. Then you pour the hot water through the strainer. That way you don't get any of the leaf cuttings in your tea cup. Add sugar, honey or creamer to taste. Let it cool off a bit and enjoy!!
