- Slave Trading
- Where are we going I want to go back to my home land. It's so scary here I want to be free.
- Slavery in America
- Get to work right now I want this stuff done you know you have to do this.
- Slaves coping with enslavement
- Go run get away before they see us go keep running. We need to get away fast I can't stay here any longer it's so scary .
- Slaves from West Africa where traded to europeans and where sent on ships to go to america and be slaves on farms. Many Africans where thrown overboard because of disease spreading rapidly and horrible conditions like not being fed food unless you could see there ribs.
- Religion In the colonies
- I want you to be on your best behavior durig this jimmy this is really important to people.
- Slavery in America spreaded rapidly from Virginia to Georgia, but there was slavery in every colonie. Slaves would work on things called cash crops. They had religion forced on them and had bad living conditions while living in america.
- The Great Awakening
- Some ways that slaves disobeyed there owners where by refusing to work for them, fighting against there owners, and escape if they where smart enough to find a way out. Many slaves did this because they wanted better living conditions and wanted to have religion freely.
- Peacfulness in the church
- In the colonies everyone was cristian until other colonies came along that brought more religious freedom for people who stood up against the religion in the colonies. They where also very strict at the church and no one would misbehave and they would always focus on the church.
- The Great Awakening was a religious movement that made everyone one equal and made people want to fight for there independence as they where coming together. This made America closer as a society and this movement was follew by many americans.
- In the colonies the church was very strict and know one would misbehave during church. Everyone payed attention and never went against the church. Everyone would go to church and everyone was respectful.
