The next morning Ralph and Piggy woke up to find themselves alone with other boys. Piggy is refusing to accept playing a role in Simon’s death. But Ralph is laughing that they have been involved in a murder. Everyone except them and Sam and Eric joined Jack’s tribe
“NO IT WASNT MY FAULT IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, IY WAS AN ACCIDENT”
Jack started acting like a cruel dictator and he was punishing people for things they didn’t do. He tied up and beat up Wilfred one of the tribe members because he got angry.
Jack warns the boys about Ralph and his group saying they are danger to the tribe plus the entire tribe believes that Simon was a beast. Jack says that the beast is never dead, and they must continue to guard.
The beast is never truly dead so you guys must continue to guard against it

Roger, Maurice go raid Ralphs camp and get more fire that you guys will hunt again tomorrow(
The boys at Ralph’s camp fell asleep and lost interest in the signal fire. Suddenly they are awakened by howling and screaming. In that moment they were being attacked by some of Jack’s hunters.
You know something I realized is that since they didn’t stole the fire they stole my glasses
Piggy started wondering why Jack’s hunters attacked them and then he realized that the boys failed to steal their fire. Since they failed to steal the fire they stole Piggy’s glasses to make it
